1. Accepting these terms

By using The Margin Reaper, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

The Margin Reaper creates estimates from figures you provide. Business audits estimate materials, labor, overhead, and target margin. Personal audits estimate spending, life margin, and effective take-home pay. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of your inputs.

The service is educational software, not a bank, accountant, financial adviser, tax professional, attorney, credit counselor, or investment adviser. Results and AI responses are not financial, tax, legal, credit, investment, or accounting advice and do not guarantee profit, savings, or any outcome.

3. Accounts and saved audits

You are responsible for activity on your signed-in account and for keeping access to that account secure. Do not use another person's identity or account. Paid plans may save up to 100 audits. We may apply reasonable limits needed for reliability, security, or abuse prevention.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Direct website billing. Paid website plans are offered in weekly, monthly, and yearly billing intervals. The price, currency, interval, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm payment in Stripe Checkout. A website subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You can stop future renewals through the subscription manager in your account.

Native store billing, when offered. A subscription purchased in the iPhone, iPad, or Android app is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm. The localized price and weekly, monthly, or yearly period displayed by that store govern the purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled through the store before renewal. Native subscriptions are optional; the device-only business and paycheck calculators remain available without one.

Unless law or the purchase screen requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period and access continues until then. Refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and, for native purchases, the rules of the store that processed the charge.

5. AI Reaper

AI Reaper responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review the underlying numbers and use independent professional judgment before making a material decision. The 30-consultation allowance resets each calendar month and does not roll over unless the service explicitly says otherwise.

A numbers-only preview shown in the current native app is created locally and is not a live AI response. Showing that preview does not promise that live native AI, an account, or a paid feature is available in that build.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade access or usage limits, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, upload malware, automate abusive traffic, scrape protected content, reverse engineer restricted portions, violate law, or use the service to harm or deceive another person. You may not resell access unless we agree in writing.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, limits, and prices may change prospectively. Material subscription changes will be presented as required by applicable law. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, nonpayment, abuse, or legal compliance.

8. Ownership and feedback

The Margin Reaper brand, interface, software, and original content belong to their respective owner and licensors. You keep ownership of information you enter. You grant the limited permission needed to process that information and operate the features you request. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that estimates will be complete, accurate, or fit for a particular decision. You remain responsible for verifying inputs, prices, bills, tax treatment, and business or household decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
